Hello, world! I am Rajarshi Pahari, a Mechanical Engineer by profession, working in one of India’s leading conglomerate company. But that’s just one facet of who I am.

My love for Indian history and heritage is profound, and I enjoy exploring the rich tapestry of our past.

Strengths
- I am keen about learning new things and challenge myself everyday.
- I am a great listener, appreciated presenter & professional negotiator.
- Analytical study, effective planning & strategic visualization are my best friends.
- I believe “If there is a will, there is a way.” Though I am practical in nature.
Weaknesses
- Sometimes, I become very much practical oriented. Ignoring theories & emotions.
- I feel bored when I type on keyboard, my imagination stopes there.
- Sometimes, find difficulties in time management, mainly in work life balance.
- Feel enthusiast only during the initial days of any personal initiatives, later I loose interest.
Opportunities
- More business case study would help me to understand better market position
- Utilization of Power BI, SAP, ARIBA, Python & other trending tools would help me to grow further.
- More contacts & international trade will help me for boost my career as “Procurement” expert.
Threats
- AI can create a havoc role to affect on “Supply Chain Man-force”, in short my work area.
- Sometimes taking impulse decision, which affecting my personal
- I am not good at personal health commitments. A bad health is really a threat for me.
